I told him I’d like to be a fine artist or an architect.
“Rick, you’re not smart enough for college. I think you should become a plumber.”
WTF! – A plumber?
Sage advice from my high school guidance counselor.
Despite his wisdom (and my dyslexia) I graduated from college and became a graphic designer.
Years later as a creative director I successfully ran my own marketing/design agency.
However, I was still in love with well-designed spaces and environments.
My wife, left HP to become an interior designer. Nice. She was working with a photographer who sadly passed.
Debbie, our office accountant, yelled, "You had better help your wife! You bum!!
Damn.....Okay! I bought my first real camera.
Over the years I've  directed a lot of photo shoots. And now, behind the lens it's a different world.
As a dyslexic, fooling with F-Stops, apertures, ISO, 35mm or 24mm lenses...Lordy!
However! It reignited my love-interest in architectural design.
With that said, I've gathered a collection of my interior & architectural photographs.
But seriously, a plumber? That clown must have been high.
Thank you in advance for your appreciation!
(Never let any jerk crush your dreams)
Picture this!
